The 3BHK Floor Residence (Homestay)
This isn't a room — it's the whole floor. The entire first (or second) floor is a self-contained 3BHK home: three bedrooms, a living hall, a modular kitchen and a pooja room, all opening off your own private landing. When you book it, the floor is yours alone — no shared corridor, no other guests.
It's built for the way families actually travel to Tirupati — a wedding party, three generations here for Brahmotsavam, a group of old friends. Everyone gets a proper bed, the kitchen is there if you'd rather cook, and the pooja room is ready for the morning. We keep both floors identical, so whichever is free, you get the same home.

No — Floors 1 and 2 are let only as a whole 3BHK, so the floor stays private to your group. If you need a single room, the 3rd and 4th floors have Ultra Deluxe, Deluxe and Classic rooms.
