An enquiry is not a confirmed booking
Sending the form is a request. Your stay is confirmed only once we reply and agree the room and dates with you. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.
Rates
We don't publish rates online — pricing varies by season, length of stay and room. Send us your dates through the enquiry form and we'll quote you directly; your confirmed rate is the one we give you in writing.
Check-in & ID
Check-in is from 12pm and check-out is 11am. As required in India, every adult guest must present a valid government photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals should carry passport and visa.
House rules
Ours is a quiet family home. The house settles by 10pm. No smoking indoors, and the kitchen is pure vegetarian. Please treat the house as you would a relative's.
Liability
We take good care of you, but we're not liable for personal belongings left unattended or for events outside our control. Please use the room safe for valuables.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
